Station 53 along with EMS 17 were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident with unknown injuries at the intersection of Easton Nazareth Highway and Corriere Road at 2008 hours. CRPD updated responding units of at least one injury and two vehicle in the roadway. 5351 arrived on scene and confirmed the update and also requested an additional EMS unit to evaluate a second patient. Rescue 5341 and Traffic 5349 arrived on scene and provided scene safety and hazard control. Two patients were transported to a local hospital by EMS 17.
