Fire 53 was dispatched at 23:26 hours for a multi-vehicle accident on Nazareth Pike with entrapment. After multiple updates, Fire 53 was alerted that one vehicle had crashed into a house with the driver entrapped. 5351 arrived on scene and assumed 53 command. 5341 and 5312 responded and immediatly stabilized the vehicle and began extrication. 5349 and 5343 responded and shut down the roadway from both directions. Once extrication was complete, firefighters entered the home that was struck to make sure the structure of the home was safe for the residents. All Fire 53 units were clear of the scene by 01:00 hours.
