At 04:14, the Hecktown Vol. Fire Company was dispatched for an overturned trailer on Easton Nazareth Highway (Route 248). Chief 5351 (Seip) arrived and confirmed the dispatch, reporting all units respond non emergency, and established 53 command. Rescue 5341 responded with 5, arrived and staged in the area, and crew provided a safe working area.
